Orbital  is a two player game about the relationship between two people - the lone inhabitant of an observational satellite and their main contact planetside - over the course of an orbital period.

Choose your role - Satellite or Observer - and use the scene prompts to play out the orbital period. Then end the game by answering the most important question of all: "What happens next?"

Orbital was written for the Ad Astra Jam, hosted by Kienna ShawDylan Grinder, and deathbymage.

Hello again, Meghan. Not sure if it's due to a recent update but there is no purchase/download link onscreen for this?

I'm working on getting this issue fixed, as I don't know what is causing it. The full game is currently posted on my Twitter (@meghanlynnFTW) if you would like a copy in the meantime!

Thanks, Meghan, for such a swift reply. Glad to hear you're aware. Good luck with finding a solution! Love your work, and hoping to promote it through blog-style playthroughs (and perhaps video too) in the future! Oh, and happy Birthday (belated or otherwise).

The issue has been resolved and the game is available for purchase and download!

Thank you for letting me know, Meghan. Very much appreciated!

Anyone with close Internet friends or has been in a long distance relationship knows how Orbital feels when you play it. It's a one-page RPG, but each of the scenes asks an important question that creates a whole, deep conversation between two people who are intimately linked but astronomical units apart.
